All the front office staff were extremely helpful, also the staff in the bar and restaurant were efficient and friendly. An observation would be that the housekeeping staff were not as efficient or as thorough as the rest of the staff. Parts of the hotel could do with re-decorating and a bit more wheelchair friendly. However, we will be back to stay at your hotel, it is ideally located for our needs.

Lovely hotel, particularly impressed with the large corridors and doors. Although my door room 116 didn't close very well and I found it had opened on it own when I thought it was closed. The breakfast was one of the best I have had.

Comfortable and clean. Has the character of an older hotel, hence the facilities and decor are not up to those of a modern hotel. Customer service is excellent and the food is very good, well presented and superb value for money. So good that I didn't eat outside the hotel. Sauna and spa are very welcome after a long working day, although the steam room was out of order during my short visit. Wireless LAN not available in all parts of the hotel but there is a wired LAN connection in the bedrooms for high speed broadband, with instant access without having to start inquiring over passwords, domains etc.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Clarion Liberec. Staff was amazing, food was good, room was very clean and convenient. Hotel is very close to city center and to the square, so perfectly located.. I will come bacvk for sure

Wonderful hotel, will stay there again next time I am in Liberec. Parking was the only issue. Hotel should better organize parking spaces.

Good price, good service. BTW, I don't know why in most hotels (not only Zlaty Lev) pillows are really bad quality. Greetings.

We stayed three nights in room 306, the last night we had no internet. the cable was connected but did not work, I also tried to connect on Wifi in the reception area but without success. Otherwise the stay was excellent, very good service.

The most remarkable thing was the hospitality of the staff, they have all been very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good too, there was a fair variety of sweet and salty dishes. The room as well as the bathroom was clean and comfortable, however it would have been more convenient if the double bed had one mattress rather than two.

Beautiful, stately hotel near the center of town - reasonably priced, and definitely exceeded my expectations. Nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff, gorgeous rooms - there are cheaper places to stay in town, but I highly recommend Clarion Grandhotel Zlaty Lev.
