Connect. Pursue. Inspire. No Flights. No Stress.
Less Travel, More Vacation
Summer 2026 brings more uncertainty for travelers than ever before. Transport disruptions, restrictions in air travel, rising fuel costs, and long waits at airports are turning vacations into logistical challenges. CPI Hotels therefore comes with a simple message: true relaxation can begin much closer to home than many people think.
Instead of spending hours at terminals, CPI Hotels offers comfortable travel throughout Central Europe – a region full of historic cities, mountains, wellness destinations, gastronomy, and family experiences. No need to fly halfway around the world.
“From the very first minute, a vacation should be an experience, not a test of patience. We want to show people that just a few hours from home they can discover places that surprise them with their atmosphere, quality, and diversity,” says Jan Kratina, CEO of CPI Hotels.
Today, CPI Hotels operates hotels in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Austria. Central Europe has therefore become the key theme of this summer’s communication campaign – a region offering authentic experiences without complicated travel.
From the historic centers of Prague, Bratislava, and Vienna to wellness stays in the mountains and family weekends in modern city hotels, summer does not have to be far away to be extraordinary.
Connect. Pursue. Inspire. Through the Eyes of Children.
In June, CPI Hotels is launching a special project titled “Connect. Pursue. Inspire. Through the Eyes of Children” as part of the group’s summer campaign.
On the occasion of International Children’s Day, the hotel group invited children to draw their dream hotel – a place where elevators move on their own, receptionists can perform magic, and ice cream is free all day long.
Imagination knows no limits, and children’s creativity is the central theme of the initiative.
“Children’s Day reminds us why we travel in the first place. Not because of hotel stars, but because of the shared moments children remember for a lifetime. And those moments often happen much closer to home than we realize,” adds Jan Kratina.

The competition runs throughout June across the group’s hotels in five countries. The three artworks receiving the highest number of public votes will win a two-night family stay at one of the CPI Hotels properties.
Children can submit their artwork throughout June. The entries will then be presented to the public for voting. Voting remains open until July 26, 2026, in the online gallery, where visitors can browse all submissions and support their favorite.
The project aims to encourage children’s creativity while reminding people that travel is primarily about shared experiences and discovering new places through the eyes of the youngest generation.
A Summer That Makes More Sense.
